Returns and exchanges

If you took a hasty decision, your gift did not strike a chord with the birthday person or you simply had a sudden change of heart please do not despair. We are more than happy to exchange the ordered products for you.

To make things even easier you can do that in the period of 30 days from the day of delivery. Two things can happen then. We can either exchange your products and re-ship them back to you or give you a full refund. In any case this whole matter should not take more than one week. There is one thing, however, we have to insist upon: that is you return the goods undamaged and in original packaging.
